Packaging Technologist with over 23 + years of expertise in Packaging development. Had the privilege to work across Flexible Packaging convertor, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, and E-commerce industry, where he was able to gain deep knowledge in the field of Packaging and apply them. Over the years, he has led multiple Packaging initiatives to the success of several renowned organizations, including CIPLA, LUPIN, Dabur Pharma, Hindustan Unilever, Flipkart and Marico. His extensive experience and expertise include working on various domain from Packaging machines, Packaging materials and Packaging Sustainability. He began his career in Pharma Industry, where he developed innovative packaging designs and materials that ensured product safety and compliance with regulatory standards of USFDA and MHRA. He then transitioned to FMCG packaging development, where he developed packaging solution for wide range of products, from Food & Beverages to Personal care products. He also Spearheaded the E-commerce Packaging development and was instrumental in Developing and implementation of Automation for improved efficiency and cost reduction. Implemented Sustainable Paper based packaging solutions that has helped FLIPKART to transit from Plastic based packaging to a sustainable solution and significantly reducing packaging waste. Currently, he is Heading the Global Packaging Development for MARICO, an FMCG company having Leading brands like Parachute, Saffola, Hair and Care, Livon, Set wet and many more.
