A seasoned Marketing & Business leader with 20+ years of experience spanning FMCG, Telecom, Media, and Service industries, Ruman has successfully led roles across P&L management, Digital-Brand Marketing, Sales, Key Accounts, and Strategic Planning.
Currently, Business Head – Alternate Channels at Parle Agro, heading a wide portfolio: Retail, eCommerce, Inst -HoReCa, and Travel Business.

Prior to his current role, he was the Premium and Modern Trade Strategy Head at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), where he also built the eCommerce business from scratch. The eCommerce business recorded triple-digit growth and achieved the highest 9-point market share, shaping the NARTD category on QC platform.

Earlier in his career, he led Digital Sales at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts and served as Brand Head at Tata Docomo, demonstrating his versatility and strength in driving both digital innovation and brand performance.
