Born and brought up in Sydney, Australia, Shannon’s maiden trip to India, Ten years ago, astonishingly brought to light that a specialty coffee culture had yet to take foothold in a country known for its coffee exports! His familial ties to one of the most prestigious Indian coffee estates allowed him to intimately understand the disproportionate coffee consumption habits in India.
