Sahil brings an entrepreneurial background spanning e-commerce and digital marketing, including experience in search-engine optimisation. He has used this digital-first perspective to build Chai Kaapi as more than a café business, positioning it as a community-led brand with a focus on accessible, quality tea, coffee and food experiences.
