Sudeep Goenka is a business leader and Director at Goldiee Group, where he has been instrumental in modernising the organisation and driving its growth across domestic and international markets. With more than 16 years of leadership experience spanning business administration, manufacturing, marketing, engineering and strategic management, he has played a key role in strengthening Goldiee’s position as a diversified FMCG and food business.
Goenka holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, and has also pursued studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Before joining the family business in 2006, he gained international corporate experience with The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, where he worked as a CSD Business Analyst.
At Goldiee, he has spearheaded initiatives across distribution expansion, technology adoption, manufacturing and product innovation. He was instrumental in strengthening the company’s distributor and retailer network, implementing ERP systems, developing state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities and expanding the Ready-to-Eat and value-added food businesses. He has also driven growth across modern trade, institutional sales, HoReCa and export channels.
Known for his analytical and entrepreneurial approach, Goenka focuses on innovation, operational excellence, brand building and sustainable business growth. He continues to contribute to the evolution of Goldiee Group as it expands its product portfolio and international footprint.
