Aadhaar operates through a Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) model, with a strong focus on customer value, operational excellence, assortment localisation and sustainable store economics.
His areas of interest include the evolution of the Indian value-conscious consumer, the growth of organised retail beyond metros, building profitable retail formats for Bharat, and creating long-term value for consumers, employees and brand partners.
