Rajneet Kohli is a seasoned business leader with more than 28 years of experience across the FMCG, food, beverage and retail sectors. He currently serves as Executive Director – Foods at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where he leads the company’s Foods business and is part of its Management Committee. He assumed the role in April 2025.
Prior to joining HUL, Rajneet was CEO & Executive Director of Britannia Industries, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s food and bakery portfolio through product innovation, brand building and digital capabilities. Before Britannia, he was President & Chief Business Officer at Jubilant FoodWorks, where he led the Domino’s India business and drove significant transformation through data, technology and digitalisation.
Earlier in his career, Rajneet spent around 14 years with The Coca-Cola Company in senior leadership positions spanning sales, marketing, commercial operations and plant operations, with responsibility for large businesses and P&Ls. His experience also includes a stint with Asian Paints.
An MBA from the University of Wales, UK, Rajneet has also completed executive leadership programmes at Columbia Business School and the Indian School of Business. His career has been marked by a strong focus on business transformation, consumer-led innovation, digitalisation and building high-performance organisations.
