Manish Dawar is the Whole-time Director, President & Group CEO of Devyani International Limited (DIL), part of the RJ Corp Group. He assumed the role of President & Group CEO effective April 1, 2026. Prior to this elevation, Dawar served as Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer of DIL.
A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Dawar holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He brings extensive experience across multiple industries and geographies, with a career spanning finance, transformation, business integration and corporate leadership.
Before joining Devyani International, Dawar held senior leadership positions across prominent organisations including Vodafone India, DEN Networks, Vedanta, Reckitt Benckiser and Reebok India. His experience includes financial leadership, business transformation, restructuring, integration and strategic management.
Dawar joined Devyani International in 2021 and has been a member of its Board since February 17, 2021. As Group CEO, he now leads the company’s overall business and growth agenda across its portfolio of quick-service restaurant and food-service businesses.
