Aakash Kandoi is the fourth-generation Managing Director & CEO of Jagdish Farshan Pvt Ltd (JFPL), a Gujarat-based premium Indian snacks, namkeen, sweets, and frozen foods company founded by his great-grandfather in 1938. Since joining the family business in 2014, Aakash has led its transformation from a regional legacy brand into a modern, professionally-run FMCG and retail company — growing the store network from 2 to 27+ outlets across central Gujarat, adding international operations, and expanding the product range to 500+ items.
His focus areas include building data-driven operations, strengthening D2C and quick commerce channels, and premiumising the brand while staying true to its heritage. He has also led JFPL’s international expansion efforts into markets including the US and Canada, driven by a mission to take the taste of Gujarat to the world.
