Chef Gaurav Gidwani is a seasoned culinary and hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience across restaurants, bars, hospitality businesses and F&B consulting. A graduate of Rizvi College of Hotel Management, Mumbai, Gidwani has built a career spanning culinary leadership, concept development, menu innovation and F&B operations.
Over the years, he has held senior culinary and F&B roles with prominent hospitality businesses, including The Bar Stock Exchange, BrewDog India and K7 Group hospitality, where he was associated with developing menus and culinary experiences across multiple formats. He has also been recognised repeatedly for his contribution to the hospitality industry, including being named Most Admired Chef – Hospitality Division by the Asia Food Congress for four consecutive years.
As Founder Partner of Cinnamon Hospitality, Gidwani is now focused on hospitality consulting and helping F&B brands build commercially viable, experience-led businesses. Cinnamon Hospitality works across concept development, brand positioning, menu design, kitchen and bar planning, recruitment and training, SOPs, recipe costing, menu engineering and post-launch support. Its portfolio spans cafés, restaurants, restobars, clubs, resorts, cloud kitchens, banquets and hotels.
