He has worked with leading hotel chains, restaurants, food manufacturers and HORECA partners across India.
In his current role, Chef Rohit leads corporate culinary initiatives, driving recipe development, culinary innovation and menu engineering using the company’s product portfolio. He conducts culinary demonstrations, chef training programmes and workshops, while supporting distributors, key HORECA accounts and chefs with technical expertise. He also works closely with Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen customer relationships, support business development and drive key-account engagement.
His core expertise includes food styling, kitchen operations, recipe standardisation, product innovation, quality improvement, team leadership and culinary training.
