A graduate of the Culinary Academy of India, Chef Tushar has developed expertise across diverse cuisines and has travelled to more than 15 countries, drawing inspiration from global culinary traditions. His ability to blend international influences has enabled him to work across and curate menus spanning multiple cuisines.
Chef Tushar is also a Guinness World Record holder and has represented India at international culinary platforms, including the G20 culinary showcase in Osaka, Japan, where he won a bronze medal. His experience extends beyond kitchen operations to restaurant profitability, culinary training and customer engagement.
