Chef Vijayendra Pawaskar is the Founder of Chef De Coded, a professional chef ecosystem founded in 2018 with a mission to connect, empower and create opportunities for culinary professionals across India. With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has built a career spanning hotel operations, culinary leadership and entrepreneurship.
Chef Vijayendra began his career with the Taj Group of Hotels as a management trainee and subsequently held senior culinary roles with leading hospitality groups including Accor and Marriott. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Pune.
Through Chef De Coded, he has created a platform that connects chefs with industry peers, brands, opportunities, training and professional resources. The platform has grown into a substantial culinary community, bringing together executive chefs, junior chefs and other culinary professionals.
