Dhiren Kanwar is an accomplished F&B industry leader, entrepreneur, angel investor and business advisor with more than three decades of experience across food, hospitality, ingredients and consumer businesses. He is the Founder of Zaad Ventures, an advisory and growth platform that works with early-stage and growth companies on strategy, go-to-market, innovation, people, technology, branding and fundraising.
Kanwar began his career as a chef with ITC Hotels and later the Taj Group before moving into entrepreneurship. He founded and successfully exited Gourmet Street/Sweet Talk, a venture spanning commissary operations, cafés and events. He subsequently held senior leadership roles at Future Capital/Kshitij and Puratos, where he led the establishment and expansion of the company’s India and South Asia operations.
