Gagan Chhatwal is the Head – General Trade (GT) & Food Service (FS) at WeiKFiELD Foods Pvt Ltd, where he is responsible for driving growth across traditional trade and food-service channels. His role was elevated to Head – GT & FS at Weikfield, reflecting his contribution to the company’s sales and channel expansion.
Chhatwal brings 15+ years of experience across sales, customer marketing, channel development and modern trade. Before joining Weikfield, he spent around eight years with Britannia Industries, where he held leadership roles including State Head – Metro, National Customer Marketing Manager – Modern Trade and National Key Account Manager – Modern Trade. Earlier, he spent nearly seven years with Mondelēz International, managing key accounts and retail operations across markets.
He began his career with Café Coffee Day and is an IIM Kozhikode alumnus. At Weikfield, he initially joined as Head – Customer Marketing & Channel Development, bringing experience in modern trade, customer engagement and retail strategy to the company’s growth agenda.
His current mandate gives him a key role in strengthening Weikfield’s general trade and food-service footprint, particularly as the company expands its portfolio and distribution across India
