With a Master’s degree in Instrumentation and experience as a Pharmaceutical ResearchScientist, Keerti brings an unconventional and highly analytical perspective to the F&Bindustry—combining scientific rigor, product innovation, operational discipline and a sharp focus on profitability. Under her leadership, The Softy Co. has grown from a concept into a multi-outlet F&B business, with a presence across malls, corporate environments and high-footfall destinations.
Keerti’s achievements have received recognition from multiple platforms. She was honoured as a Special Guest by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, at the 75th Republic Day celebrations under the Women Entrepreneur category. She has also been recognised for her entrepreneurial achievements in the food and hospitality sector, including the Emerging Dessert Parlor of the Year Award (2024).
