Manoj Satia is the Founder of Manoj Multifoods Pvt. Ltd. (MMF Group), a sales, distribution and supply-chain organisation serving food and FMCG brands across multiple channels. With more than 25 years of experience across sales, distribution, business development and supply-chain operations, Satia has built his expertise across the agricultural commodities and FMCG sectors.
He began his professional journey with LT Foods, where he worked with the Daawat brand and was involved in sales and business development across domestic and international markets. During his tenure, he also played a key role in developing an integrated food-sourcing chain spanning procurement, processing, distribution and marketing, eventually rising to the position of Vice President and handling end-to-end business operations.
In 2002, Satia launched Multifoods as a proprietorship from Mumbai’s APMC Market, focusing initially on the distribution of agricultural commodities. The business was incorporated as Manoj Multifoods Pvt. Ltd. in 2004.
Under his leadership, MMF Group has evolved into a multi-channel distribution partner with capabilities spanning general trade, modern trade, HoReCa, e-commerce, quick commerce and gourmet retail.
