Mr. Shantanu Gupta is Business Head – Organised Trade at Britannia Industries, leading Modern Trade, ECOM, QCOM, Alternate Channels, and Channel Customer Marketing. With extensive experience in sales leadership and commercial transformation, he has previously led Britannia’s GT Centre of Excellence and spearheaded strategic Sales Transformation and Route-to-Market initiatives across urban and rural markets.

Prior to joining Britannia, Shantanu has worked in telecommunications sector. He holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
