Sohel Nalwalla is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. (HRPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Westlife Foodworld Ltd., the company that owns and operates McDonald’s® restaurants in West and South India. In his current role, Sohel leads procurement, quality assurance, warehousing, distribution and new product development. Drawing on his experience across multiple areas of the supply chain, he plays a key role in strengthening operational efficiency, quality and supply chain capabilities across the business.

He brings over 34 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement across the food service and hospitality sectors. Over the course of his career, Sohel has worked with K Hospitality, Sapphire Foods, Dodsal Hospitality, RKHS (now Sodexo) and Ambassador’s SkyChef in multiple roles across procurement, supply chain planning, warehousing, distribution, quality assurance, and strategic partnership.

A hospitality management graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Mumbai, Sohel also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
