Sohel Nalwalla is the Director of Supply Chain & QS at subsidiary of Westlife Foodworld Ltd, formerly known as Westlife Development, master franchisee of McDonald’s® restaurants in West & South India. 

With over 30 years of expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Procurement, Sohel Nalwalla has built an impressive career by working with notable companies such as K-Hospitality, Sapphire Foods, Dodsal Hospitality, RKHS (now Sodexo), and Ambassador’s SkyChef. In his current role as Director of Supply Chain & QS, Sohel leads procurement, quality service, warehousing, distribution, and new product development, leveraging his extensive experience to drive excellence and efficiency in these areas.

Sohel holds a three-year diploma in Hospitality Management from IHM Mumbai, alongside a B.Com degree from the University of Mumbai. Having held leadership roles in various organizations, Sohel has honed his skills in procurement, planning, warehousing, distribution, and quality assurance. His vast experience encompasses managing food, non-food, and capital expenditures, as well as establishing strategic alliances and overseeing client management.
