Sohrab Sitaram is a prominent hospitality entrepreneur and the Co-Founder & Director of Keventers, the iconic Indian milkshake and beverage brand. He has played a pivotal role in reviving Keventers and scaling it into a widely recognised QSR brand, with a presence across India and international markets.
An industry veteran with more than two decades of experience, Sitaram began his career with The Taj Group of Hotels after graduating from the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad. He subsequently moved into entrepreneurship, building and investing in a diverse portfolio of restaurants, bars and hospitality concepts. His ventures have included brands and establishments such as Shalom, Tabula Rasa, Chi Kitchen & Bar, Hungry Monkey and Zingo Star.
Known for his entrepreneurial approach and ability to develop differentiated food and beverage concepts, Sitaram has contributed significantly to the evolution of India’s modern restaurant and QSR landscape.
