As the Founder and Managing Director of RetailWhizz, he has been instrumental in building technology solutions that help retailers automate operations, improve efficiency and make data-driven business decisions.
Under his leadership, RetailWhizz has evolved into a comprehensive retail ERP platform, with its solutions implemented across more than 1,600 retail stores and 15,000+ terminals in India and international markets. The platform covers key functions including POS, CRM, B2B and wholesale, merchandise management, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, accounting, e-commerce and omnichannel retail.
With a B.E. in Computer Science from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, Navi Mumbai, Chopra combines deep technology expertise with an understanding of the operational challenges faced by retailers.
